Please provide full detail and evidence: Somehow i was lagging and poof the server went offline for everyone. i logged backin and my gear was all gone

Lost items and total value of compensation.: Items can be seen in the screenshot. this is actually the 2nd time this happens to me, yesterday i got blown up all of a sudden.... i'm glad i've took this screenshot so i got evidence of the gear i actually owned this time.
