Please provide full detail and evidence: I've bought the caesar plane (Non-race version) and I noticed you need a DLC for it. I'm not planning to buy Apex, so I basically lost almost all of my money. I was not aware of the dlc.
I was gonna show it in the video, but I had to pay a 20k fine a couple of mins before I made this video :') I was not able to show that I don't have the DLC.
