Please provide full detail and evidence: Hacker killed everyone online at the moment, everyone died with killer: "Killed by yourself".
I also lost 1 Van (Cargo) full of processed diamonds(80 diamonds I think), because a lot of cars were pushed and destroyed. I don't have evidence for the truck.

Do you have any video evidence from the time the hacking took place?

I don't own any video evidence. I guess if you can check logs of chat to match the screenshot one or check other videos. But I do not have, only the screenshot with the outfit and weapon on the ground.Thanks!

An option we can do is rollback your account, with this being said any gear you currently have on you will be deleted and your character will be rolled back to just before you died, this is the only thing I can do as unfortunately you don't have sufficient evidence for issuing money.

We bought everything again, and we changed the clothing, so if you can't issue money, just leave it. Today I just got the outfit and weapon again, so there is no point in  the rollback.  You can close this post.Thank you very much.
