It may not be my place to speak but I love gathering evidence and such (also speeds everything up for everyone), so I stood in the places that were in the video and took screenshots and it appears to just be outside of the greenzone...

@KelvidorésThank you, and @JohnJoeeganI attempted my best to be outside of the green zone aswell as trying to help the community - and to be perfectly honest I've seen police shoot people within the greenzone who RDM in there (which is their RP role but my RP role would be to save myself) but I doubt they are excempt from the green zone / blue zone rule aswell, but I do realise the borders of the green zone as I do maintain to stay inside them mostly to be safe, unless in the unfortunate event something like this happens.
