Due to "Signature check timed out" being a Client side error. I will have to refuse this request, a restart of steam will usually fix this.

I will state that however unfortunate this was, robbing your friend for cash can be seen as bounty boosting. Which can be seen as exploiting if coincided with a Bounty Hunter turning you in for money.
