Please provide full detail and evidence: so i just pruchased a new manchez scout got money out to upgrade it and i was lagging at the time i did the upgrades and as you can see by the very choppy medal clip i did upgrade the bike as you can hear and the money was taken but the mods wasnt put on the bike and was left with 10k
