Please Provide Full Details: I was driving into the city and hit an flying phone outside of pillbox. This caused me to go flying out of the front and being incapacitated. In the car I was driving (Sultan Classic). I had two large storage boxes both (110,000) and inside one of the crates I had 50 ectasy , 50 high grade meth , 50 crack cocaine , 50 sativa and 50 LSD. Considering I was incapacitated due to a bug in the city I would say its fair that I should be compensated as there's nothing I could do about it. The guys name who robbed me was Jeremiah Jones and 1 of his pals.

I've reviewed the ticket you opened regarding the colliding into a floating phone in addition to reviewing the evidence you have provided both in the ticket and compensation request.

First and foremost do you have any evidence showing yourself crashing into the phone which resulted in your character's death?

Do you have any evidence to showcase what was inside your vehicle for the items you're claiming back compensation for?

Hi Mason , I do not have evidence regarding colliding into the floating phone. However , I think its reasonable that hitting the floating phone would send me to the pavement with my car drifting off to the side. Regarding the items that were in the back of the car you can see them searching the Sultan and one actually takes one of two of the large storage crates whilst the other continues to search. I have further contacted the individual through discord and he agrees that there were two large storage boxes he and his pal took one each. He then claims that his pal "gave it away" so "he dosen't know what was in it". With regards to the drugs I can show you that I do already have the ones that are mentioned above and can get the individuals I bought the drugs off to verify the amount they gave me.

Hello @Trevleock

Unfortunately, without clear evidence that your incapacitation directly resulted from hitting the phone, we cannot say with certainty that this was the cause. While yes it's reasonable that hitting a phone would send you to a pavement with your car off to the side so can yourself or another player colliding into each other for example. Not saying this is what happened here but a picture of a floating phone and another clip of you getting treatment from the NHS isn't enough evidence to confirm without a doubt this was the cause of your incapacitation.

In addition, we need substantial evidence showing the items that were in the vehicle or boxes, we cannot rely solely on what other individuals that robbed you have said. This requirement is in place to keep compensation requests fair and consistent.
