Please provide full detail and evidence: I was ran over in town, VDM, lost all my gear and broke my legs, as you can see by the video I was in a green zone by the Winchester so I was unable to fire back and key chain the hobo who ran me down. As you can see they looked pretty homeless and fled the scene very quickly in a black sports hatchback -
