Please provide full detail and evidence: it initially happened about 2-3 weeks ago where i had purchased a pistol and had it stored in my locked vehicle which i had parked in a saved parking spot. the servers then reset but i went to get my vehicle and it had gone, only today was i able to get my vehicle back and recovered it from the impound but unfortunately my pistol was no longer in the boot of my car.

In order to get compensation for any lost items, you are expected to provide some sort of evidence to support your claim, failure to do so could result in the compensation request being denied due to insufficient evidence. 

I'm sure you can understand that although you might be genuine and you have infact lost items legitimately other people abuse the fact that we once trusted people and as such we have a strict evidence policy.
