I decided to get some more opinions on this one as I concluded that the pilot was flying way too fast and in an unsafe manner to be cargo lifting such a heavy vehicle. That opinion was shared.

The fact is, had the pilot flown the Huron in a realistic & safe manner (in the spirit of roleplay), this wouldn't have happened.  

I am sorry for your loss, but this was pilot negligence, not a bug.
