Please provide full detail and evidence: was picking oil containers and putting them into my truck, had 500 worth in there, shortly after i was done so i drove to my house in the truck i have rented, after going in and out storing my truck, the truck itself just despawned as it last had 378 oil containers inside, idk how your going to compensate me but it was a in game glitch i believe so and im just upset about it since i spent an hour getting the oil containers, i really appreciate your time and i wish all to the best whoevers reading this!

Hello @tinyvevo- hope you've had a good weekend.

I can see in the clip provided:

• You take oil containers out from a rented truck - leaving 377 containers in its inventory.
  
• You enter your house - deposit your items and you immediately leave.
  
• You leave your house to find the NPC truck is no longer there. It has despawned.
  

This is an unfortunate side-effect what is intended behaviour on the server. It is not necessarily an "in-game glitch" as you have described.

1. When a vehicle is used by a player, it'll remain where it is so long as there are players near it. When there are no players around however, the server will despawn the vehicle in order to reduce server load.
   
2. When you 'enter your house', the server teleports you to another location where your house is.
   

Combine these two facts, and you get despawning vehicles when you enter your house!

Typically losses due to this are deemed as user error - which we do not compensate for.

However in this case I am happy to provide compensation due to the fact you are a (relatively) new player here, and this situation is hard to be aware of /  avoid until it happens to you!

That being said, if this does happen again in future and you decide to submit a compensation request, odds are it will be declined!

To avoid this happening in future:

• Have a friend stay near the vehicle when you enter your house.
  
• Use a personal vehicle, and store that in your house garage (if you have one!) as you enter your house.
