Please provide full detail and evidence: Was minding my own Biz, selling coke etc, ive had no previous beef with that guy bc im a new character one and two ive never interacted with that person before, he just ran me over on purpose because there was enough spacing between me and the other side of the road as he smashed into me and drove off without coming back to help as nobody else was around
