Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello, today I logged in and found that I don't have my big yellow house anymore. I can't spawn in and all I can do is to buy it again one more time..

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I've lost my house and all the stuff in a storage box and house storage, price for my house is now 1,55mil. Could I please get a compensation at least for my house..

My house was on the edge of red zone, now it's a red zone,  you also can find if I sell it by RPUK stats, it would be + around 1mill if I sell this house sir. I haven't played ALTIS Life for a few months maybe it's the reason why I lost it. Thank you for your time and attention guys, with regards, Tim.

Ah. The problem lies in:

"I haven't played ALTIS Life for a few months maybe it's the reason why I lost it."

It is.

All houses must be revisited within two months, or they are automatically purged from the database.

 
Clarification  (because someone messaged me asking about it)...

You only need to have logged on to the server, thus causing the server to re-load your house and its contents, in order for the house to be 'refreshed', and another two month's ownership assured.

You don't actually need to visit the house in person and/or interact with stuff inside it...

... but that's probably still wise, in case it's been unlocked, raided by cops and left open, or burgled by some scumbag. Plus it probably needs dusting by now anyway.

 
Since you havent log in for months, unfortunately your request will be denied.
