Please provide full detail and evidence: I was flying my freshly bought Orca to the drugdealer to sell some drugs i landed half on the road sold my drugs and made sure there wasn't any drugs left in the vehicle. I had a RP story ready for when the cops arrived about a emergency landing cuz i was out of fuel. But right as a left the atm i was killed by some bad roleplayers and died twice. I checked the rules before i made the landing and saw nothing about making landings half on the road and i wasn't really in Kavala city. Now i was killed and revived and killed again and had no warrant before i was killed. Now a cop came when i was being robbed when i was already gone to the atm and was on my way back and he went and scrap my Orca after i died. He assumed i was doing drugs when i messaged him but there was no evidence in the heli or on me before i died. i tried to resolve it on a message but he said Thomas Miller was on the list (Thomas McClaire was my name)

I was the one there, i was the officer speaking to you, and i said miller but meant McClaire, i pulled up as you can hear in the video just as you ran away from the heli the last time, i saw you running to the dealer and back as i was watching you land and saw you run, as i pulled up (you can hear the car at 1:45)  i waited in the car for a minute then got out and called for the owner but no answer, i waited around for a few more minutes then went in a talked to the dealer(im guessing after you died) and he told me that you sold there recently, i waited for a few more minutes and i didn't see anyone turn up, it was landed illegally, owner wanted for drugs trafficking and i saw you run into the dealer, the dealer confirmed you sold to him, so i went ahead with the scrap, i even went in and confirmed with a higher ranking officer, told them the whole situation and they said the scrap was allowed. I'm am not sure if am allowed to reply on here or not but i as think this Comp request should not be givien i thought i would give the whole story. If this is not allowed please remove my comment.

You can see in the entire video i did not have a warrant on me. Maybe i got it way later but when u went and scrapped my heli was 5-10 minutes after this video. The car you hear pulling up at 1.25 is the guys that robbed me u can hear the car stop to drop the guy off you see at 2.27. What i think you saw is the other guys checking my helicopter and then proceed to running inside the drugsdealer. And even if you did see me at my helicopter i entered in the front where you couldnt see me and exited at the back.  Anyways you did not actually caught me doing anything therefore it is assumed you thought it was a drugsdeal because you know there is a dealer there but not actually caught me or seen me do the deal (Sorta metagaming). Anyways if you did see me you should have followed me for questioning and actually could have aided me when i was being robbed. Also i checked the rules and could not find a single thing about helicopter landing in the outskirts of kavala except for the part where u have to be 300m above kavala city due to the RP disturbance. This is the whole story. Making up a story how the dealer confirmed your story and sold me is quite frankly a bit of bs story.  That could be abused so much. Anyways i didn't tell the dealer my name.

The car was me pulling up at 1:25, i drove up to heli and waited for you to come back, i saw you landing and watched you run to the dealer and back form the heli, i was there from the beginning, and i waited in the car for a min or 2 for someone to come back and they didnt, so i got out and shouted for the owner for another minute or 2, no answer, so i go into the dealer and talk to him, i go back to the heli check the owner name and it pops up with your name, i look and it said on our wantes system that you are wanted for drugs trafficking, the owner had the same name as one the dealer gave me, so i know you recently sold there, so that is 1 reason why i could have scrapped, but also you cant land there, it is aviation law and you broke that so we can scrap for that as well, combining both of those i decided to scrap it, as i already said i even went and confirmed with a higher ranking officer and they said the scrap was justified. The reason you dont see you was wanted in the video is because i questioned the dealer after you died. i watched you land and sell drugs, and break aviation, and just from that i can scrap the heli.

Sadly i could not find this in the rules. Also i didn't consider the drug dealer to be part of Kavala City. I am sad for this.

And mrryan, you need to stop lying, there is no way you could have seen me go in the drugdealer from where the position the car was heard. Also the part where the drugsdealer is is way higher then where u came from, so again there was no way you could have seen me hop out of the helicopter go in the drugdealer and back and forth as from where the position of that car was. Now as the part of where u talked to the drugsdealer, i really hope you arrested him and we do not find him selling from that location again and also he told me you took briber for the last 10 days so you should be removed from the police force. The drugsdealer was abviously lying to cover himself up. I was out of fuel went out to every house and then saw the drugsdealer and asked him if he had fuel and he said not for free, so i ran towards the atm where i was being hold up by three gangsters. That told me before i died (In the video i was not wanted for any crime) (which i technically cannot remember) that you worked for them and you informed them. (The reason you did not hop out of your car to engage me when you saw me (If you even saw me)) You waited there for 5-10 minutes shouting out when you know i ran away towards the atm. (again if you even saw me). See where i could with this?

Now i am sorry that i drag this out till this extend, i joined the server 2 days ago and 1 million is still alot for me and i've red the rules over and over again but could not find the aviation rules, this is my bad. It was early in the morning, i only had the chopper for 30 minutes and my daughter is sick. I got very frustated.

Now as for the compansation, i can accept i cannot receive this due to the avation law. (Where can i find them btw?)

As for the Drugsdeal and the bad rp story you come up with i am not very pleased.

Lying? you really need to sort yourself out buddy. I was east of the dealer i drove down the hill and round to the heli so you couldn't see me, i drove up to the heli when you ran to the dealer so when you run back out you would see me and we could talk. I didn't see you run out the back so i waited for you. Before you accuse someone of lying make sure you are 100% on that. I didnt see you get robbed or get killed i pulled up after seing you run back into the dealer and waited and you didn't come back. Bad rp? really? you have NEVER spoke to me so how can you accuse me of having bad rp. I am definitely not pleased with your attitude and ill be in ts if you want to talk to me about this.

I suggest you take another good look at the footage.

In the first few seconds i checked the surrounding and there was no one even close.

I ran to the dealer the first time and still no one was close.

I ran back i heard the noise but recognized that the noise was either still downhill or behind the buildings on the other side because i heard the car stop for a second.

I checked the street and there was clearly no one there. (1.36) And no one at the front (1.42).

Now at 1.51 you are about where my helicopter is.

Now you just said in your last comment you didn't see me run out at the back so infact you could not have seen me at all.

Now about the bad roleplay part, i am sure you are a good roleplayer etc etc and you are definitly a good person, there only bad rp is that you said you talked to the dealer and that is roleplay gone extreme. ( Like i gave an example before we could go wild with roleplay if we do it like that. )

I don't think i have an attitude, i'm a adult, i have kids and am a fairly good roleplayer. Imagine spending the night awake because your daughter is ill and spending alot of times getting that 1 mil togheter (Remember i'm only on the server for 2 days) and then this happens. (Didn't know about the aviation rules, couldn't find it, i checked) How would you feel my friend?

Now like i said, let the admins decide if i'm entitled to a compensation and let's agree that we disagree on how things went down, i do not seek to argue with you in this thread.

Edit: If you gonna look at the footage again please notice how kavala city is downhill from the dealer and that there is a shitload of bushes and walls between the roads.

Also when die at the end, the time between that and you actually scrapping my vehicle is around 5-7 minutes. You could have heard the gunshots and RP'ed that something might have happened to me. You could have apprehended or shot the bandits and let the medic revive me and i could tell you the RP story about the fuel.
