Compensation Request

In-game Name: Hayden Habib

The date when this happened: 05/19/21

Please provide full detail and evidence: When I logged back on after a UI glitch at about 10 PM my time my character woke up downed in front of the train station. I didn't think much of it and I just assumed it was a glitch and I'd figure it out in the morning. When I got on this morning my health was full, but as I watched the loading when you select your character the camera moved all the way to Paleto bay. I opened my inventory and everything that I had prior to go to bed was missing.

Lost items and total value of compensation: £40,000 in cash, 554 Sativa Bud, 554 Plastic Bag, Mining Drill, Switch Blade, Petrol Can, Repair Kit, Bandage, 113 Casino chips, Smartphone, Radio (This is all I can remember)

Hello there and thank you for submitting a compensation request.

From the evidence that you have provided so far, there is nothing much I can do.

If you have a video or additional evidence regarding the situation, please post it here.

In the mean-time, I will try to get someone to check logs if possible to confirm that this happened. 

 
I am looking trough our logs now to see if I can find any evidence to back-up your claims.

You say that it was around 10 PM your time, I do not know what time zone you live in.

Can you state me the exact date and time that this happened?

I'm EST, so 10-11pm would be 3-4am BST I'd assume whatever caused me to lose my items happened after that.

Hello again and thank you for your patience.

I have checked the logs and unfortunately, with the information that has been provided to me I am not able to fully back-up your claims.

In order to get compensation for any lost items you are expected to provide some sort of concrete evidence to support your claim, failure to do so could result in the compensation request being denied due to insufficient evidence. 

I'm sure you can understand that although you might be genuine and you have infact lost items legitimately other people abuse the fact that we once trusted people and as such we have a strict evidence policy.

For future reference, please make sure you have some sort of recording software running so you can provide evidence of the situation.
