Please provide full detail and evidence: I m bringing up my compensation request, after the changes on storage legal items. I had 16 trucks full of salt, some of them processed. All of them vanished because of system changes and i lost more than 8 hrs of hard working in server. I see now that the storage of legal items works properly, AS IT SUPPOSED TO WORK EVEN THE LAST WEEK. The changes brought up new good things on the server, but storage is working as it used to

The best proof is the hrs being in the server without robbing, killing, getting hostages, but just working hard at salt mine. Be honest and fair and accept that it was developers mistake. I m not asking to be compensate for all the times iv been kicked off, all the magazines i lost , or all other times that i have lost items because of glitches...and i ll be a satisfied customer even with the half of the estimated compensation. So please , by respecting my time spend in the server, you respect me as a customer, or possible customer and furthermore you show that you respect the time of your customers spend in server, which i believe it s the most valuable for the developers who want to have satisfied people in server, in order to keep them active,making the community even bigger and get more possibilities of having extra donators

The most important thing is for you lads, to admit that it was a mistake, because of the new add on (which in fact are good-helpful and welcome) and not a change of the mechanics on purpose... as you use as an excuse for not compensating my previous request.

If you have no proof then the compensation request can not go forward as anyone could say they had that much salt. Also it was not a mistake it was made like it because people were abusing the system, they would fill their truck up store it and get it out at another garage follower to the processor/trader.

I, as everybody else, saw that there was a change in mechanics, that lasted for 2 days and the third day mechanics changed back to normal. So that was a mistake. Please try to talk , in the way you talking to me, at a  6 yrs old players. I m 43 , possible customer and donator, with my own money (no dads funding) and to old to get that crap you telling me, so i demand the respect a customer deserves to have. 

Moreover i have work as a marketing and PR practitioner and journalist in my RL and i will advice you and your developers to compensate all people asked the last days compensation for such a huge glitch, just in case you wanted to be respected from your customers as well. There is no need to have proof for what i m telling you. We have discuss it the last week... i didnt continue to ask for compensation cause you told me that mechanics have changed for good. But it didnt. That means that you didnt know what exactly happen when you told me so, or you just lied to get rid of another "idiot" who is asking to be compensate of your incompetence.

So, I deserve to be compensate right now. Fully amount.

I just corrected(edited) the amount of compensation i asked. I meant 8,000,000 but by mistyping , i wrote 8,000,000,000. Mistakes should be always admitted

 
You may deserve compensation but you have no evidence of what you need, and don't come in here talking about being a customer you don't pay to play here we don't need to give you anything. If you are wrong done by we compensate, but not to people with poor attitudes and exploiters of our system, I was informed by a colleague you admited to this. So on that grounds and multiple other grounds your compensation request has been denied.
