The date when this happened: 04/08/23
Please provide full detail and evidence: I was at 229 turf whilst my friend was getting robbed. The guy in the car that was trying to rob him ended up getting held up by me but nvl's. Then about 3minutes later his friend comes out of nowhere and runs us over. His friend "the one who came out of no where and tried to run me over" was shot by me. But if his other friend didn't nvl I wouldn't of been put in the situation to shoot. Due to this I lost Items to police who were right around the corner at the time. The feds fully understood the situation I was put in because of how these guys had a habit of breaking character etc.
I wouldn't of shot if the guy was too cooperate and not get his friend to come run us over with no roleplay at all.
