Hi, sorry ive not gotten back to you, 8 second into the video i open my inventory, if you wish i have a 3 minute video i can give to you ive just realised the box is empty and it doesnt have the 250 iron as ive just watch the video back so i apologise on my behalf its only really the radio, phone axe and box

We've taken a further look into this whilst we were waiting for your reply.
There wasn't any indication that you lost your iron as on the video itself it showed you unloading the crate into your house storages.

However due to you dieing because of a bug your compensation request has been approved!
