The Server this happened on.: Server 2
Please provide full detail and evidence: Just finished clamming run on server and took money to bank - as inputting to the ATM - Server 2 was taken down without ANY warning and on logging into server 1. the monies was not there. This is the 2nd time this has happened tonight as server 3 was also taken down very abruptly, again with no warnings.

Apologies to staff team if it is deemed inappropriate for me to post on a comp request but...



As explained here, the server can be shut down at any time after 8pm on a Thursday if player count drops. If you are playing early hours of the morning, it is safer to play server one. Due to this notice, I believe that compensation is generally not given but maybe they are feeling nice for this once.

(It's also possible it was an unplanned shutdown at which point comp would be given! But if server 3 came down in the same way earlier, I find this unlikely unfortunately)

Still waiting - however the point above still does not cover the abrupt shutdown with no warnings.  from the video you can see the money was banked, but the server not saved....  

I understand about the servers being shut down when low population, but at the time we were on, server 1 was full so we played on 2.  It takes 1 minute to send a admin message stating server shutting down, as last time I was on server Vladic_Ka did this very same but gave messages stating log off.  A server save was also not performed..

No warnings needed when closing the server. Next time try going over to server one to avoid this
