Please provide full detail and evidence: So i have bought a Yamaha R1 and i went to get some new headlights on my bike but they have taken my money for purchase yet the lights are not on the bike and have not showed up even after parking the bike

Hi @Steve Wittenberry, I hope you are doing well. Now onto this compensation request, you say the lights have still not shown up after you have parked the bike, would you be able to provide me a screenshot/video proving this before I move forward with this comp request

Hi, I have put some new lights on the bike (The Blacklight) Headlights on it now as I thought I would try some others, but I did go and park the bike before hand and they was not showing up so I thought I would put some other lights on. If you look at the video however it would show the money coming out of my pockets and then at the bottom of the screen saying purchased before. That's all I can give for this comp request.

Hello again @Steve Wittenberry Hope your doing well today  After reviewing the footage and evidence you've provided I am satisfied that it was indeed a bug that caused the lights to be purchased and not appear on the bike. However in your previous compensation request when a similar thing happened I asked you to submit a bug report and you haven't yet done that. Before we move forward with this comp request could you please kindly submit a bug report and let me know when you have done so
