Hello, I am happy to let you know that you are eligible for compensation and also glad that you have brought the following issues to be resolved. Unfortunately however, I notice at 00:13 in the video you only had a 30rnd stanag loaded and at no point did you check your inventory so i did not see any 100rnd mags therefore i cannot prove you had the higher capacity variant. instead i have have substituted all mags as 30rnd.
