From the evidence provided it is clear that you experienced a bug falling through the map and landing somewhere nearby outside but unfortunately, you ended up in the presence of a cougar and due to this you did bleed out so I will be providing you with compensation for the Items you've lost. Although I'll give you a warning about remaining in character saying "Im falling through the map" on the radio regardless of the time or what's happening isn't something that we want to see.
