Please provide full detail and evidence: Stuck falling through the floor so I can't revived.

Lost items and total value of compensation: £3700 - lost £32k cash that I had on me that for some reason did not show in the removal information at the bottom right when I died, it showed everything but the most important part.

It's happened 3 times, I also put a message in the discord which no one replied to (My names Rusket / 8:50am GMT) 

As well, when I fell through the first time,  I put a message in discord about it and was told to file a compensation request 

 
First i cant see that you was have a cash on you,at this point do ou can a evedence taht you was caring a cash at this point?

tbh not at the scren or logs anyway that i can see the cash
