The date when this happened: 05/17/21

Please provide full detail and evidence: Was out fishing at the salmon fields, standing on a boat, and then all off a sudden (see on video) launched into the air and killed.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a compensation request.

As I can see from the video, you got launched into the air out of nowhere and then died.

In-order to compensate you for your lost goods, I will need a video where I can actually see you lose the stuff in the bottom right of the screen after this happened.

A screenshot of the lost goods where I can actually confirm it is from that situation will do fine too.

Unfortunately for the other video that you have linked above, (as this is a separate situation) you will need to make another compensation request.
