Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and my two friends in game known as Raptor and soldierwwone, we got out 2 trucks, one was a HEMTT boxer, the 275k truck (this was mine) and Raptor had a similar sort of truck but it was not a HEMTT boxer, was more like a HEMTT transport one, so we mined approx 250 copper ore, went to processing and processed it all,
   
   so we had approx 250 copper ingots stored in our trucks we then made our way towards the altis metal exports and about half way there we got robbed by two masked players in one of those black 5 man windowless/gunner seat cars, and they blow up Raptor's trucks wheel, I got out my car and had a pistol (obviously I have firearm licence) and took down a robber, and then got shot down by the other one, and soldierwwone was also downed,
   
   Raptor managed to call the police just in time but then two other masked players came and took out the robbers, these two vigilantes saved us and then the police arrived, 3 police arrived and the police detained the vigilantes, and then had a shoot-out from someone in the mountains, one copper was downed, while 2 other coppers waited for the NHS to come and revive us, the NHS never came and we explained to the police the 2 men detained saved us, they let them go on their way,
   
   Myself and soldierwwone, bleeding out on the floor, waiting for the NHS, they never arrived and the police drove us to Kavala hospital where we bled out just outside the hospital, the police impounded my HEMTT boxer which contained approx 140 copper ingots, my truck is able to be retrieved from the garage, but it does not have the copper ingots with it, so I was hoping I could be compensated for that?
   
   as for evidence I am fairly new the server with about 4 hours game time, and this server is the only server I play on, so I am fairly new to all this and did not take screenshots/videos so I understand if this is denied, but it's worth a try, as the 3 of us spent a good hour getting all this copper.
   
   Luckily Raptor was never downed and his truck was fine, so he managed to sell his copper.

Hello sparky. I'm sorry that you had to deal with such a situation and I am sorry that you have lost out because of it. Now, unfortunately without evidence we cannot process this claim. This is not to call your credibility into question, it is purely due to having to have the same rule for everyone. 

So unfortunately, without evidence we cannot process this claim any further. Can you confirm to me that you have absolutely no evidence at all?

Hi that's no problem I thought it was at least worth a try and it's not the end of the world mate, no I didn't take any pics or record my gameplay but it's a lesson learnt so if it happens again at least now I know what I need to do so don't worry to much about it
