The date when this happened: 12/11/21

Please provide full detail and evidence: Detached Trailor on finished fuel delivery - no payment x2? I did 2 deliveries

The job was route 68 - 10,000 x2 Submitting request for x2 10,000 = 20,000 video evidence linked

I unfortauntely have no video footage of the first one as wasn't expecting it to happen

If anything further is required, do let me know

JUST TO CONFIRM THIS APPEARS TO BE THE HIGHEST PAYING FUEL DELIVERY, I've done some lower paid fuel deliveries and are fine, appears to be route 68 only , atleast for me, please can we get a fix, thanks.

In order for us to proceed with your compensation request, would you possibly have any video evidence from when you started the deliveries?

 
Sorry buddy, I do not. You can clearly see however that I recieved no payment after detacthing my trailor (Payment normally shows up in cornor). If the compensation can't be given then not fussed tbh, was just a pain taking the time to do the job only to then not get paid for it 😞 I record all my playthroughs going forward obviously. I hear other people have been having similar issues, hopefully this route 68 fuel bug can be sorted. Thanks.

 
Hello @SourApplezif I could ask you to make a bug report please and the dev team will do their best to look into it. This comp request will remain open until this bug report has been made and looked into. Might I also ask why in that video the bottom right is blacked out, RPUK prefers videos that haven't been edited when it comes to comp requests etc.

 
Will do bug report shortly, I have absolutely no idea why the videos blacked out bottom right.. only just noticed that now, thanks for binging it up, I'll try look into it and make sure no future videos have it in, I've definitely not edited the video, it was a start/stop record via my nvidia control panel. 

 
@SourApplezI've compensated you the money you should have received from the delivery, as the bug is now submitted to the bug board.

Please head to city hall and the money will be transferred to your bank once accepted. For now avoid doing this delivery until the change logs state it has been fixed.
