Please provide full detail and evidence: I was sorting a problem out (at least trying to) With an admin and I needed to upload the clip when I was down, So I did and I come back to me being kicked off, In result in me losing my gear

Unfortunately after reviewing the evidence you have provided I can confirm this would fall under the "Unacceptable Compensation Circumstances" or more specifically:

• User Error (You landed your blackfish too hard therefore it blew up)
  
• Client Issues (Your game crashed not due to a server error - This is your own responsibility)
  

Therefore today your compensation request has not met the Compensation Request Criteria and as such we are unable to compensate you any items.
