The date when this happened: 05/11/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: It says here “UNACCEPTABLE COMPENSATION CIRCUMSTANCES:
User Error” I want you guys to keep in mind that mine isn’t a user error- there was 2 menus on my license screen. The new one and the old one (that couldn't be seen during the incident), the new license hadn’t come up for me so I decided to restart fivem, I pressed enter twice to ‘exit app’ • it doesn’t work so then I task manager. When I relog - boom I have 12k left in the bank, I check the licenses and all the licenses are still there - meaning I hadn't even bought any and I lost still 120k in the process. The fact the old menu was hidden underneath this new blue menu completely negates the issue from being a user error. The proof of the transaction can't been seen. The only part recorded are the licences still being there, bank before and after the incident and me in despair. - is there no way of checking logs of how I lost money? Checking my logs of how I lost money would show high proof - the 4 pieces of evidence provided below should hopefully be strong enough.
