Please provide full detail and evidence: I was farming apples & my Level reset. You can see in the video it was at 111+ & now it is at 13. In the video you can see me at level 111 at 15.53

Side note:

I made a bug report for this happening to me before & it got denied, but this is happening to me very regularly and it is extremely fustrating as you need the levels to be able to process faster yet mine end up dropping down to lower numbers. Is there a reason for this happening/ something i can so about it.

Although this is unrelated, my Potato farming Level has just been reset down to 6.

Looking into it, I will deal with this one as it is not something you can compensate via money.

Simon you are level 113. As you can see at level 111 it all fits in the box when it gets to level 113 because the 3 is too big its doesn't fit in the box so it looks like 111. 

Go on the current points then divide by 100. 

This isn't your problem but you are at the moment 131 i believe.
