Please provide full detail and evidence: I was in the purchase weapon menu when someone initiates on me & kills me the moment I leave it. I was then unable to get medical attention and so I died. Although I did buy the gear you can see I took out 150k Cash. If you would like me to change the details I can do.

if you look in first vid as am landing you can hear the person breaking server rule

 (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Would it be possible to have a refund without as we informed him of what he did wrong & to reqd the rules etc. He was very new and I dont want to get them banned for not understanding about gun menu etc. If not feel free to close this as i dont want to ruin someone elses experience for 150k comp.

The Compensation Request terms states:

If you have lost out due to a rule break that wasn't your fault then you must fill out the Report a Player form provided you have the players name. If you do not have the players name, then you can still post your Compensation Request!

When it comes to compensation requests, both the one requesting and the one dealing with the request needs to stay within the terms for compensation requests, as I do believe that you understand. 

When there has been a rule break and the ones involved resolve it between each other, it is up to you how to sort any loss of values/money. It is not something the "offender" needs to do, but for example he can compensate you from his own pocket.

I am sorry that this request will not get accepted, but I applaud you for solving this between yourself and would rather lose the money instead of, in your words, ruin someone elses experience for 150k comp.
