After checking the server up time and the time you logged off I can confirm that this was because of the unannounced restart for the update pushed out at 00:06. I have checked yours and your friends' stat page and can confirm that the money transferred from your account was removed and not delivered to your friend, because of this I will be accepting your compensation request.
