Can you just confirm your Steam ID or Character ID? The Shane Thoams I have found doesn't match the one you have provided.  Never mind, I'm being nice - cross referred the date and your session ID and it matches - Your SteamID is 76561198271990301 should you need it in future.

So, another sleepy croupier! Clearly the table hasn't dealt and the script hasn't completed it's function to return your chips or continue the game. As such I'll accept this.
