Please provide full detail and evidence: whenever i log onto my 5m account the main character i use has disappeared and i can no longer find it when i play on a character i never use it shows up as the character I have lost is joining the game i have tried for 5 days to resolve this issue with no response so I have decided to put a compensation request to get a response and to see if at the very little I can get my character back or the equal money back to start a new character
