Can you please confirm you have read and understand out compensation request terms. 

Also can you please provide an itemized list of what you had on you, so we can calculate the total value of items lost before we can proceed.

Judging by the evidence provided i'm unfortunately going to have to deny this compensation request. All the video shows is you bleeding out on the ground showing no indication of what you were carrying at the time of your death, besides that, there was little to no guarantee that the medics were coming to treat you as they had not been moving throughout the entire duration of the video. Even if I was to grant you compensation for the gear that is seen in the video it would fall below 100k in value and seeing as we do not compensate for less than a 100k if you have more than 1 million stored on your bank account i'd have to deny it regardless.
