Due to your vehicle blowing up as you have stated, your diamonds have gone into a 'safe space' and will be returned along with your truck into your garage at the next restart. Therefore I will be declining this request as you will get the diamonds and your truck back soon.

my bad, I thought a vehicle blowing up meant all the inventory was lost. thanks.
