I was doing a blood diamond run, this means I was gathering and processing blood diamonds and then transport them with a boat to the smuggler outpost.
while I was selling these processed blood diamonds, the server went down. Then I took these screenshots, before server went down and when It was back up so you'll see what I had and what I still have.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I lost 30 blood diamonds wich I would have sold wich is: 30x15k = 450k + I lost 180k I had on me so that's a total of 630k.

Ronald, in order for me to issue compensation for this I would need the video to continue until you logged back in. I’d also need to check that this was a server side issue and not simply client connection loss.

Hello, I closed my game after the server went down, this was a server side issue. you can check this , the time was 30 min before restart, it should be around 7:30 PM UK time at 31 december, you can check this, the server went down back then.

Didnt know I should have a video where I logg back in, since I took a screenshot when I logged back in. I understand if you can't give me a compensation for it if it's neccesary to have a video where you logg back in. you can check that time that I send you, there was a server crash back then.

Unfortunately screenshots can be taken anytime and can be easily altered. In most occasions, the only form of acceptable evidence is a video which shows the entire scenario.
