...and here are the things we are unable to compensate:

• Server 2 and/or 3 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning and it is up to you to switch to S1) 
  

However due to the circumstances I can see that fortunately for you the server went down 8 minutes before a scheduled restart would happen and also 8 minutes later this rule would have of applied so it would appear this is very strange.

Upon further investigation the server was still intact on the time that you were kicked off, other people were still connected and in-game chatting. So therefore this was an issue caused by yourself and not the server. and due to this I will be refusing the compensation request.
