The date when this happened: 06/24/21

Please provide full detail and evidence: i got my bike out and i was talking to some one who had a audi rs6 and i was test driving about with him and i come back to my bike to see that some one was on it i told him to get of my bike he did not listen to me so i shot him and told him not to take my bike i was taking him to A and E he told me that some think is going to happen to me then i got shot my some one who was not talking then a nice woman told me he can not do that why did he shot me then she got her car and was taking me to A and E then way the man was in the car some next man was following us in a car he did not talk just shot the woman and he was talking out of RP

Both video links you have provided are set to private. You would need to make them Public or Unlisted in order for us to view the footage. 

 
Before I proceed has a report been placed? 

A Player report has to be posted within a 24 hour time limit after the situation has occured, any reports out of this timeframe may be denied.

Not this compensation request, I am asking if you or your pal there has filed a report against the player, if not then ill proceed here. 

The comp request is separate.

So from what I have seen here there is an RP situation that has taken place and since there has been no report on the player who may have broken a rule I do not feel comfortable compensating the items you have lost today as there is to much grey for my liking in this situation. The players voice in the video's provided are not audible but even if it was and the player broke a rule I would not issue the compensation until the report itself had come to a final conclusion "Accepted/Denied". That being said, I am unfortunately going to decline this compensation request.

I will say that if you are not happy with this outcome feel free to contact a Staff Lead, have a good day and stay safe!

PS: In the future, if you feel like you have died to a rule break its best to attempt to resolve it if not file a report and a compensation request and it will be reviewed when someone gets around to it.
