Compensation Request

Please provide full detail and evidence: I went casino with a friend, Turned 70k to 140k
We decided to change tables because why not, gambler luck things.
We go to another table, I place a 100k bet and no cards were dealt but my chips were still on the table, waited for around 20 minutes or so.
During the 20 minutes I gave my friend 10k to try play on my table and see what happens if he presses backspace (keys weren't available as an option on the screen but I didn't want to press it just incase).
He did 10k the first time and nothing happened, it was just glitched but my clips wasn't working so I gave him another 10k to test it out this time with my clips.
Same result, only way to leave the table was to f8 quit, otherwise tried pressing all buttons including space, backspace and enter.

1 image of 35k with no cards being dealt, this one was later on around 14:30 (ID was 228), i forgot it wasn't working and everything looked normal until I made the bet and no cards were dealt.

I gave it 10 minutes and nothing was happening, it worked well for everyone else on other tables. someone joined my table they lost the 10k they put in.
29th January - Happened again with a 50k bet and called an admin over, told me to file a compensation claim but I didn't have my clips on so I'll recreate it with a few chips.

I put 10k in the highroller table first, worked fine, moved to a different table and it happened. (ID 317 around 15:40)
I ragdolled whilst keyboard smashing to try leave, and it gave me my 10 chips back but it killed me, I had an admin revive me and I moved onto a different table, and it happened again, this time I quit and didn't get my money back.
It happened again on the 1st of feb with 200k, but I opened a ticket on dc and ragdolled infront of an admin and got my money back. (just to further show what happened)
