Please provide full detail and evidence: I spawned into the city and instantly died, so I opened a ticket as it was early morning and wasn't very sure what to do. I got a reply explaining that I dropped on login and was supplied with a list of what I had on my person at the time of death. I was also told to open a comp request and cite the ticket that was opened. The ticket number is 12996. Any help would be greatly apricated. Thank you in advance.

I have looked into this on my side and I have found that the cause of death was "Fell to his/her death" which usually means that you have died when logging in, if the death and log in time matches up and in your case it does. today you are going to be compensated but in future I recommend waiting out the respawn timer as you may not get compensated again for not doing so.
