Please provide full detail and evidence: I was driving to the Poseidon weed farm when me and my friend had a de-sync accident, we blew up and my friend flew me to the NHS area near Pygros, we waited about 20-30 minutes just for a paramedic to come and revive us. But as soon as the paramedic got there my game crashed so I lost everything. It is just the fact that the NHS could have got me and I could have kept everything.

Hi @Richard Long

Thank you for submitting a compensation request however on this occasion I will have to deny it. Although we do comp for 'Client Desync ( Example: Someone desynced into you) Hackers (Please state date & time)' we do not comp when your ultimate death and loss of gear was due to a Client Issue IE: Your game crashes. Further more, for future compensation requests you will need to have a un-edited video of the point at which the incident happens up until you bleed out. Refer to the full compensation guidelines here in future:
