Quick description of what happened:
I was pulled over by the cops when selling my drugs, I was RPing my way out of it and then come along 3 new spawn civs who then say that I have told them to help me empty my drugs into the drug dealer. (I didn't. I had never spoken to or seen any of them in my entire life). I had put my sniper rifle into my trucks inventory and got out of the car so as not to get arrested for an illegal fire arm, Without me knowing and the truck being locked they then took the weapon out of the inventory and ran off. The police officers involved RP'd it very well by not being able to see the weapon and then the random civs stole it. One of their names was joseph although it was not him that stole the weapon it was his friend.
This all happened just before the 12AM restart on Sunday the 14th of December.
I also have video footage of his admitting his friend stole the weapon but would rather not upload it as my upload speed is abysmal.
