What was lost: 53 Gold Bars

 

Value of item/money lost: 5.3 Million

Quick description of what happened: We were online and decided to sell all our gold bars, we loaded them all up in the Hemmit and made our way to Kavala. When we got about 5 Meters away from the gold seller the server decided to die on us :-( Which means we lost all the gold bars. This happened at 15:30 05/12/14

Edit :- you should still have the gold bars in the inventory of the hemmt have you checked first before posting a comp request?

Yeah normally they don't, but as they have stated recently they will compensate if its due to server related issues, which this is. Also it can not be inside the Hemmit as it wipes it automaticly when it goes into the garage

Pretty sure whenever they are in the garage the gold just gets wiped.
