The date when this happened: 05/07/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: Was at the Casino and had bet 150k on the blackjack table i was given 2 2's but it had said 12 so i went of the number the ui said and then it said that I had lost with 19 when dealer had 17 so went with the number that it had in the UI instead because I had no idea which one to trust the cards or the UI. I have already opened a case but I was not allowed to respond to it and I personally feel it is unfair to not give me back the 150k at least due to this visual glitch because as i said previosuly I had no idea whether to trust the actual cards or the UI because i've never seen someone have this before.

Also with the time frame I was unable to message the discord in time to get help and get a respons and in a real life situation if there is fraud that happens at a casino that is something that can be taken to court for the money that they have lost and compensation what this server is supposed to be like.
