5. Please provide full detail and evidence: there was a hacker attack at approximately 16:45, I died and my game crashed, causing me to loose my gear. After a conversation in jfs I was directed to the comp request form with a video/ screenshot of what gear I had by deathstroke.

Unfortunately Ralph as this is an item that can not be purchased from a store it has no given value and due to your game crashing we are unable to do a gear rollback. The best we could do was compensate you for another item of clothing however this value would negligible to your current bank status. Therefore I am going to have to apologizeand deny this request
