Please Provide Full Details: Went to gamble in the penthouse casino, I placed a intended bet on 30k chips in which it proceeded to take the amount twice. All in all loosing 60k chips. Upon winning i received 60k chips, which made me gain nothing all in all missing 30k chips in profit. A bug report have been submitted

I’ve reviewed your evidence and can confirm that you did loose out on 30k casino chips. Your pay-out should have won you 30k from that winning hand - however, due to that bug, you didn't earn anything as your bet was doubled. Because of this, I am happy for this request to be accepted.
