The date when this happened: 07/30/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: I crashed my bike while speeding along the highway (West Side of the map). I was driving too fast, fell off my bike, hit the floor and took too much damage so I was put into the downed state. I was then lying on the highway, when a random person along driving along the highway who was in a ranger truck stopped and picked me up from the floor and put me inside his truck. He then started to transport me up towards the Hospital on the north side of the map as that was where he was originally heading. We then follow a bend along the highway, the car then falls through the floor and into the sea. The driver of the car drowns immeditately and then on in lost contact with him as he was thrown outside the car. I was stuck inside the car and asked multiple times in ooc in game and made a discord support ticket if anyone could help me. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of trying, I died and was respawned.
The first image is about 10 seconds after hitting the water and falling inside the car.
The second image is everything I lost + at least 40,000 along with it.

Lost items and total value of compensation: I lost at least 40,000 of cash (as I was selling coke beforehand) and around 20k of goods.
