Please provide full detail and evidence: Basicaly after 12 pm restart i went to the gang base and bought the CCTV upgrade, everything was working fine ultil the 4 pm restart happened, after the restart we joined back in tried to use the upgrade but it was not working, the option for CCTV was not showing up anymore so i went in the gang base and checked that the upgrade was not bought. In the end i lost the money and lost the upgrade.
