Please provide full detail and evidence: Basically, my friend and I were transporting some metals and the truck decided to disappear.

Lost items and total value of compensation: 200 Steel = unknown probably 0 a bar | 50 Titanium = unkown | its prefered to get the items itself back 😞

Hello @Proxy Smoxy, How are you doing today? Couple of questions before we proceed with this comp request. Was the truck you were using registered to yourself or was it a local vehicle?

 
Good Evening @Proxy Smoxy. So there is a cleanup script on the server that causes vehicles to despawn if there is nobody around them, because the door to your house is essentially a portal to an interior that is under the map elsewhere on the island when you both entered the house the vehicle was despawned. I will be issuing compensation for this items requested this time, however in future please be careful and make sure someone stays with the vehicle so it doesn't despawn. This is a once off, if it where to happen again compensation will not be issued. I hope you have a lovely day 🙂
