i dont have any evidence of this incidence

Hello there and thank you for submitting a compensation request.

I have checked our systems and I am not able to find any transactions of that amount being made on that day whatsoever.

Since you do not have any evidence of the situation, I will have to decline this compensation request.

I'm sure you can understand that although you might be genuine and you have infact lost items legitimately other people abuse the fact that we once trusted people and as such we have a strict evidence policy.

Please keep in mind for future reference, to have some sort of recording software running so you can provide a video of the situation.
